Health Care

CTI provides comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage with low deductibles and generous premium coverage, with CTI paying 100% of premium for employees and over 90% for dependents. In addition, you may also contribute to a tax advantaged Flexible Spending Account.

Life Insurance and Income Replacement Programs

Our generous company-paid life insurance, AD&D and disability plans provide financial protection and peace of mind for you and your family. You can also purchase additional life and AD&D insurance at group rates.

Retirement and Financial Programs

CTI offers a 401k plan with pre-tax and ROTH options, providing a company match that is determined annually. We also believe that employees should have an equity stake in the company, offering stock options and an employee stock purchase plan to eligible employees.

Paid Time-off and Sabbatical Program

Taking time away from work is important. We provide competitive vacation time, holidays and five floating holidays. Employees also receive paid sick time and bereavement leave. We are proud to offer a Sabbatical program, rewarding service time every five years with additional paid-time off.

Learning and Development

CTI supports continuous learning though our Educational Assistance program, offering reimbursement for degreed programs and our Professional Development programs for non-degreed, job related development.
